I do not offer ad hoc or standard pay-as-you-go weekly counselling.
I work exclusively through long-form, bespoke Private Treatment Pathways (lasting 6 to 12 months). This comprehensive structure integrates relational psychotherapy and attachment-focused EMDR. It is specifically tailored for capable, hard-working professional women who require sustained, elite-level nervous system stabilisation.
I offer a carefully limited number of online appointments.
This ensures each client receives focused, consistent, high-quality support.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Morning, daytime, and evening appointments (10:00 am to 9:00 pm)
Due to the depth and continuity of my work, my practice roster is strictly capped. If I am currently fully booked, you are welcome to enquire about upcoming spaces or to join my priority waiting list.
I work best with clients who can commit consistently over time. This dedicated partnership enables meaningful, lasting neurological and emotional change.
All enquiries are confidential and responded to promptly during business hours.
About me and my therapy practice
You are highly capable, successful, and holding everyone's world together. But behind closed doors, you are quietly exhausted, living in hypervigilance.
As an Accredited ÌÇÐĹÙÍø member and trauma psychotherapist, I help high-functioning women dismantle the subconscious relationship loops, family dynamics, and survival strategies that shrink their light.
Sessions focus entirely on the continuity required for lasting neurobiological change. I do not provide ad-hoc weekly counselling. Instead, our focus is mapped across a dedicated 6-to-12-month Treatment Pathway. This is tailored precisely to stabilise your nervous system and process deep relational trauma.
Many women I work with are thoughtful, capable, and highly self-aware. They have read the books, journaled, and had previous therapy. They understand their trauma intellectually, but their body and nervous system still react with the same emotional responses and internal struggles.
I specialise in working with women—particularly in their 30s, 40s and beyond—who carry a great deal, often invisibly.
Life looks successful, self-reliant and stable from the outside. Inside, you are emotionally exhausted, walking on eggshells and stuck in the same relationship patterns.
Internally, there is a deep sense of disconnection, depletion, or a feeling that "something is wrong with me."
An internal voice asks:
"Why do I feel numb to things I used to love?"
"Why do I feel so alone surrounded by people?"
"Am I in the right relationship, or have I just made it work for so long?"
"Why do I feel more like a mother to my partner than a partner?"
I help you move beyond just understanding patterns into true, lasting deeper emotional processing, physical healing and change.
While talking therapy identifies your life patterns, EMDR directly targets the trauma and chronic stress stored in your nervous system. I work in a steady, attuned way, gently challenging you when it matters. I am fully committed to supporting your journey to healing.
Practice description
My online practice offers a calm, private space for in-depth therapeutic work — accessible from wherever you are, without the need to travel or sit in a waiting room.
Clients often arrive having held everything together for a long time. From the outside, life may appear functional or even successful. But there is often anxiety underneath, emotional disconnection, dissatisfaction in relationships, or a quiet but persistent feeling that something isn't quite right.
Rather than focusing only on coping strategies, we explore the deeper patterns shaping your experience — early relational experiences, current dynamics, and the ways your mind and body respond to stress and emotional triggers. Where appropriate, EMDR is integrated to support the processing of unresolved or distressing experiences, helping past memories to lose their hold on the present.
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes and are tailored to your needs. Some clients come for focused work around a specific issue; others choose longer-term therapy for deeper, sustained change.
Clients frequently describe a growing sense of clarity, emotional steadiness, and the ability to relate to themselves and others in a way that feels genuinely different — not just understood, but changed.
This practice is best suited to women who are ready to go beneath the surface and engage in a thoughtful, supported therapeutic process.
My first session
The first session is a structured, in-depth assessment — an opportunity for us to develop a clear and meaningful picture of your situation before anything else.
You'll be guided through a comprehensive intake process covering your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, relevant life experiences, current and past relationships, and any patterns that may be contributing to your current difficulties. This gives your work direction from the start, rather than leaving you to find your footing session by session.
There is also space for your questions — including whether EMDR may be appropriate for you, and how I work.
Many clients find that this initial session alone brings a level of clarity they haven't had before.
The Foundation Assessment is a mandatory, standalone clinical requirement before entry into my practice is considered. While this initial session alone brings immense clarity, my practice roster is strictly reserved for women who are fully prepared to commit to the complete arc of a 6-to-12-month private pathway to resolution.
