About me and my therapy practice
Unhappy in your relationship, or wondering why love never quite seems to work out for you? If you're questioning your relationship, going over the same thoughts again and again, or wondering why love feels so much harder for you than it seems to be for everyone else, then I can help.
Relationship difficulties don't always look the way you'd expect. Sometimes it's not a blazing row or a dramatic falling out, it's lying awake wondering whether what you have is enough, or whether you're expecting too much. It's the question you keep coming back to but can't quite answer. It's the feeling that everyone else seems to have figured something out that you haven't.
Or maybe love just feels harder for you than it seems to for everyone else. Maybe you've been hurt before. Maybe you keep ending up in the same situation with different people. Maybe there's a quiet voice underneath it all asking: "Is there something wrong with me?".
Whatever's brought you here, you don't have to keep going round in circles on your own.
I won't tell you what to do, but I will help you get out of that loop, and understand what's actually going on beneath the surface, so that things start to feel clearer and you feel more confident and settled in yourself.
People I've worked with often describe the shift like this: "I finally feel clear in my own head", "I feel so much more secure in relationships now", "I don't need a relationship to make me happy, it would just be the icing on the cake.
Practice description
I work one-to-one with UK-based adults online via Zoom, offering a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly, without judgement, at your own pace.
You don't need to arrive with a clear explanation of what's wrong. We start wherever you are and work from there. Over time we might explore what's sitting underneath the uncertainty, where your patterns and beliefs about relationships come from, and what's been quietly getting in the way of you feeling settled and confident in yourself.
My approach is person-centred, which means no fixed agenda, no homework, and no sense that there's a "right" answer we're working towards. Only you know exactly how you feel or what you've been through, so rather than giving advice, we work together to find the best way forward for you, at your pace, in your own time.
I offer 50-minute online sessions, making therapy easy to access from the comfort of your home and removing the cost, time, stress and inconvenience of travelling to and from appointments. A free 15–20 minute Zoom introduction is available if you’d like to meet me first and get a feel for how we might work.
