About me and my therapy practice
Welcome – I offer specialist online psychotherapy for women navigating the emotional challenges of midlife.
Perhaps your children have grown up, your career no longer fulfils you, your relationship has changed or menopause has left you feeling unlike yourself. From the outside you may appear to be coping well. Inside you feel lost anxious, emotionally drained or uncertain about what comes next.
You may be contemplating a career shift, scaling back from a demanding role, preparing for retirement or reshaping life after children have left home. Together we can clarify what you want this next chapter to look like and support you to take action.
Many of the women I work with tell me:
"I don't recognise myself any more"
"I've spent years looking after everyone else"
"I feel guilty because my life looks good but I'm not happy"
"I'm constantly anxious and I don't know why"
"I know something needs to change but I don't know where to begin"
Before training as a psychotherapist, I made major pivots in my own life including career changes, periods of being a stay at home mum and then adjusting to an empty nest. I know what it’s like to reimagine your life and step into something new. I’ve lived these transitions myself.
If you would like to work with me to understand yourself more deeply and create a more authentic way of living, please get in touch

Practice description
Taking that first step to reach out to a professional can feel scary. So perhaps it might help for me to tell you a few things about me.
As well as being a psychotherapist, I'm the wife of a retired farmer, a mum and mother in law and carer of various pets (currently a geriatric jack russell and two characterful cats). My main interests are wildlife, nature and books (which seem to be breeding in my home!)
Although my therapeutic approach is professional, it isn't at all stuffy and my conversational style is very down to earth.
Please do get in touch - you don't have to 'go it alone'
What I can help with
Anxiety, Baby loss, Bereavement, Child related issues, Coach Therapist, Development coaching, Health related issues, Life coaching, Loss, Menopause, Men's issues, Personal development, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
