About me and my therapy practice

As an Integrative Relational Counsellor, I believe that healing and personal growth can happen when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Every person brings their own unique experiences, challenges, and strengths, which is why I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I aim to create a warm, compassionate, and trusting space where you can bring whatever is on your mind without fear of judgement. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and relationships, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the difficulties you may be facing.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. Whether you are seeking support through a particular challenge, navigating a life transition, or looking to better understand yourself, I will work alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and respect for your individual journey.

Practice description

Life can be challenging at times, and there may be moments when you feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, low self-esteem, past experiences, or changes in your life that feel difficult to navigate alone.

Whatever brings you to counselling, I offer a confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be met with warmth, compassion, and understanding. Together, we can make sense of what is happening for you, explore patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges.

Counselling can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My hope is that through our work together, you will gain greater self-awareness, clarity, and confidence, enabling you to make choices that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.

My first session

I understand that reaching out for support can feel like one of the hardest steps to take. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, or simply ready for things to feel different. Whatever has brought you to this point, you do not have to face it alone.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory consultation, giving us an opportunity to talk about what is happening for you and what you hope to gain from counselling. There is no pressure or expectation—just a chance for us to meet, explore your needs, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

My hope is that from our very first conversation, you will feel heard, valued, and supported as you take this important step towards your wellbeing.
