About me and my therapy practice
I offer long term and short term therapy in safe space where where you will not be judged.
I like using the knowledge and experience accumulated over the years to empower and motivate others in the therapeutic process using the wisdom of somatic therapy ( sensations and feelings in the body) with the wisdom of the mind.

I offer safe and effective clinical supervision and peer group supervision to trainees and experienced Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
I am keen to develop a supervisory relationship that is constructive and therapeutic so that you feel comfortable and safe to discuss all aspects of your work.
I use the Hawkins and Shohet model of supervision which is suitable no matter what theoretical model you use with your clients.
