About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, or emotionally stuck? Perhaps you find yourself overthinking, struggling in relationships, or feeling as though past experiences are still affecting your life in ways you do not fully understand.
When life feels heavy, it can be hard to know where to turn or how to make sense of what you are feeling. Therapy offers a space to slow down, talk openly, and begin to understand yourself with greater clarity and compassion.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy for adults across the UK and internationally, providing a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, trauma and abuse, and ongoing stress. I also have a particular interest in perinatal mental health, supporting women and men through fertility challenges, pregnancy, birth trauma, postnatal depression, and the transition into parenthood.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning our work is tailored around you, your needs, and your pace.
Practice description
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to coping alone or are unsure where to begin. My aim is to help you feel comfortable enough to bring whatever is on your mind, without pressure or judgement.
Sessions offer a supportive space to explore the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may be contributing to your current difficulties. Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, understand the impact of past experiences where relevant, and find healthier ways to cope in the present.
Some clients come with a specific issue they want support with, while others arrive feeling generally overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected without fully knowing why. There is no expectation to have everything figured out before starting.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. My focus is always on building a safe therapeutic relationship where change, insight, and emotional relief can begin to happen.
I offer online sessions for adults across the UK and internationally. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call so you can get a sense of me and how I work, and ask any questions you may have.
