About me and my therapy practice
Communication is often one of the most overlooked yet transformative aspects of emotional wellbeing. In my clinical experience, the capacity to articulate thoughts, feelings, and lived experience with honesty can play a central role in psychological healing. Within a confidential and supportive therapeutic space, I work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-understanding, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop coping strategies tailored to individual needs. Where appropriate, we may also explore meaningful shifts in patterns, relationships, environment, and behaviour.
I work from a strong foundation of respect for autonomy, self-determination, and the client’s own capacity for growth. Whilst acceptance and clarity can feel complex to reach alone, a consistent, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship can provide the conditions in which greater insight, self-awareness, and psychological integration can emerge.
My clinical experience includes working with complex mental health issues, relationship difficulties, trauma-related issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and low self confidence/esteem.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, I have specialist training in couples counselling and work with couples and families to support more effective communication, deeper relational understanding, and more secure emotional connection.
As a qualified person-centred supervisor, I provide clinical supervision to both qualified practitioners and trainees. My supervision practice is collaborative, reflective, and ethically grounded, offering a structured yet supportive environment in which to engage with clinical material, professional development, and ongoing self reflection.
I offer sessions from private practices in Richmond, London, and Hampshire, alongside secure online therapy for clients across the UK. To enquire further or arrange an initial appointment, please contact me via email:

The first session is about connecting and beginning a trusting relationship. It’s a space for you to be listened to and understood, at your own pace, and to explore any challenges you’re facing in your life or mental wellbeing. If helpful, we can arrange a brief phone call beforehand to answer practical questions, there’s no assessment or questionnaire. Sessions are at the standard rate, with the focus always on you.
