About me and my therapy practice
What if you're not too sensitive?
Or perhaps you've been asking yourself different questions.
Why can't I cope like everyone else seems to?
Why am I exhausted all the time?
Why do relationships feel so hard?
Why do I keep putting everyone else's needs before my own?
Why does everyone think I'm coping when I'm struggling just to get through the day?
Maybe you've spent years feeling different, wondering why life seems harder for you than it does for everyone else.
Perhaps you've become so good at masking, adapting and meeting other people's expectations that you've lost sight of who you really are.
Or maybe you've always believed you were simply "too much", "too sensitive" or somehow not enough.
What if you're not broken?
Whether you're exploring the possibility that you might be autistic, ADHD or AuDHD, you've recently discovered you're neurodivergent, or you simply know something doesn't feel quite right, you don't need a diagnosis to deserve support.
Therapy with me isn't about trying to change who you are.
It's about understanding yourself with curiosity rather than criticism.
Together we'll explore what's been keeping you stuck, make sense of patterns that may have never made sense before, and help you build a life that feels more authentic, more manageable and more like your own.
Alongside neurodiversity, I also work with anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing, relationship difficulties, workplace challenges and parenthood, recognising that these experiences often overlap rather than exist in isolation.
If you've found yourself reading this and thinking, "This sounds like me," perhaps this is the place to start.
