Hi, I’m Rachel – thank you for visiting my profile.
I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. Sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone new takes courage — but it’s an important step toward healing and change.
I’m a qualified counsellor and registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, working within their Ethical Framework. I’m passionate about supporting people as they explore, understand, and manage life’s challenges.
Areas of Focus
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including:
• Neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, and related experiences)
• Chronic illness and fatigue (Long Covid, ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia)
• Chronic pain, migraines, and headaches
• Anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement, and life changes

My Approach
I am here to help you on your therapeutic journey. I believe that the relationship between counsellor and client is central to therapy and I hope this profile will help you decide if you feel we can work together. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please get in touch.
I offer a person-centred and relational approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s individual needs. We will work collaboratively as I believe it is for you to decide what issues you want to explore to find a way forward and to empower you to make positive changes in your life.
Our sessions are a space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships — past and present — to understand yourself better and find new ways forward.
We’ll work collaboratively to help you manage unhelpful thoughts and feelings, build self-awareness, and create lasting change. Therapy can be short or long term, depending on your goals.
