About me and my therapy practice

I appreciate that life can be difficult sometimes. Maybe you are anxious or depressed, or maybe a life event is causing you distress. Together, we can work in a transparent and collaboratively way to address your issues and work towards your goals. I am friendly and easy to talk to and I will make a dynamic assessment, which I will share with you, and I will explain what we are working towards and how we can get there. From 2012 to 2018, I studied a UKCP accredited course in Integrative Psychotherapy, Level 7, where I learned person-centred, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, systemic, sensorimotor, and relational therapies and how this is evidenced in neuroscience. I have since learned Internal Family Systems therapy and Transpersonal therapy. I will tailor my psychotherapeutic approach to your individual needs.
