About me and my therapy practice
I’m a London-based psychodynamic therapist offering individual therapy for adults. I provide a warm, reflective and non-judgemental space where we can explore whatever may be troubling you with curiosity and compassion. My background in the creative sector informs my way of working, and I value authenticity, flexibility and creativity within the therapeutic process.
Many of my clients are young professionals experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low mood, depression or relationship difficulties. Others come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected or struggling with low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, grief, trauma, addiction, loneliness or difficult life transitions. Therapy can help you better understand yourself and your patterns, strengthen your relationships and feel more grounded and emotionally resilient.
My approach is psychodynamic, meaning we explore current difficulties alongside earlier experiences and relationships that may be shaping how you feel today. By making links between past and present, we can begin to recognise patterns that feel limiting and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
I offer a free 20-minute initial phone conversation and provide both face-to-face and online therapy from my rooms on Brick Lane (E1) and Mare Street (E8). I welcome clients of all sexualities, genders, religions and cultural backgrounds.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø) and adhere to their ethical framework. I am also an approved provider for BUPA, AXA PPP Healthcare, WPA and Aviva.
