About me and my therapy practice
Does something need to change? Have you been feeling overwhelmed or frazzled, like everything’s getting on top of you? Do you want to improve your relationships and find more productive ways of communicating? Perhaps memories from your past are holding you back and you’ve decided it’s time to address them in a safe environment with a professional. Or maybe you’re looking for a new direction, a sense of having more agency in your life. If any of this sounds familiar, I might be able to help.
Personal experience has taught me the value of psychotherapy and the profound impact it has. Making the choice to see a professional is a significant decision and I can support you in taking the first step.
I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited Psychotherapist and offer psychotherapy for a range of issues including; depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, grief and women’s issues including being child-free. I aim to offer you a therapeutic relationship that provides a secure base, in which to increase in self-understanding, heal from past events and work towards the future you want.
As a relational integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of skills from different therapeutic approaches to support our work together. In our sessions we can clarify what’s important to you and what you want for your life moving forwards.
I'm skilled in helping you find effective ways of communicating in your personal relationships, whether with a partner or with family and friends. I can also offer help with general wellbeing; how to find self-care methods that can increase your peace of mind and give you greater everyday satisfaction.
In addition to the above, I specialise in psychological and physical abuse, including sexual abuse, rape, grooming, domestic violence, coercion and controlling relationships. If you have experienced this, I will be well placed to help you work through the impact it has had on your life.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision grounded in relational integrative practice. My approach mirrors the therapeutic relationship, offering a containing space where you can explore your clinical work and professional development with curiosity & depth.
In supervision, we'll explore whatever you choose to bring. I commit to providing a balance of support and challenge, helping you develop your clinical intuition while maintaining an ethical approach.
The supervision I offer is informed by an understanding of the unconscious processes that emerge in therapeutic relationships, including transference, countertransference, and parallel process.
Supervision with me will likely suit practitioners drawn to depth approaches, who value relationship as the primary vehicle for healing. Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, I offer a non-judgmental space for exploration and growth.
Practical Considerations
I can provide supervision if you are a counsellor or psychotherapist working in private practice, agency, or healthcare settings. I'm flexible to whatever approach works best for you, depending how you prefer to work and how often you’d like to meet, (in line with your accrediting body requirements).
