About me and my therapy practice
I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited psychodynamic and integrative therapist offering online therapy for adults.
My work is grounded in the belief that many of the difficulties we experience are connected to our relationships, both past and present, and to the ways we have learned to relate to ourselves and others over time. Feelings of anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck can often make more sense when explored within the context of our life experiences and relationships.
I work in a collaborative and reflective way. In our sessions, I would offer observations and reflections, and together we would explore your experiences, emotions, and patterns in greater depth. My aim is not simply to focus on symptoms, but to help develop a deeper understanding of what may be contributing to them and how they are affecting your life.
My work is primarily informed by a psychodynamic approach, which involves exploring both conscious and unconscious processes that shape how we think, feel, and relate. This can help bring greater awareness to recurring patterns, emotional responses, and ways of relating that may no longer be serving you.
Alongside this, I draw on other therapeutic approaches where appropriate, allowing the work to remain responsive to your individual needs and circumstances.
I see therapy as a unique relationship that offers a dedicated space for reflection, curiosity, and understanding. Together, we can explore both the challenges you are facing and the strengths and resources you already possess, with the aim of helping you move towards a life that feels more meaningful, authentic, and aligned with who you are.
Practice description
I currently offer online therapy for adults. I am also working towards offering face-to-face appointments in the Central London/Greenwich area later in 2026.
The first step is usually an introductory call, where we can briefly discuss what has brought you to therapy, any questions you may have, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we decide to proceed, sessions take place online and are typically held weekly at the same time each week. The frequency and structure of our work can be discussed and adapted according to your needs.
My approach is collaborative, reflective, and tailored to the individual. Therapy offers a space to explore your experiences, emotions, relationships, and difficulties in a thoughtful and supportive way.
Some people come to therapy with a specific issue they would like help with, while others arrive with a more general sense that something does not feel quite right. Both are welcome. Together, we can begin to make sense of what is happening and explore the factors that may be contributing to your difficulties.
Over time, therapy can help people develop a greater understanding of themselves, their emotions, and their relationships. Many people find that they begin recognising recurring patterns more clearly, feel better able to respond to difficulties in their lives, and develop a greater sense of clarity, self-awareness, and emotional agency.
My work is primarily informed by a psychodynamic approach, which means we may pay attention to recurring patterns, emotional responses, and relationship experiences, both past and present. Alongside this, I draw on other therapeutic approaches where appropriate, allowing the work to remain responsive to your individual needs.
My aim is to provide a professional, confidential, and supportive space where you can speak openly, reflect on your experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges you may be facing.
My first session
The first therapy session is offered at a reduced rate of £55.
This session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and to explore what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. We may discuss the difficulties you are experiencing, any relevant background information, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process and to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
There is no expectation that you need to prepare anything in advance or have everything clearly worked out before attending. Many people arrive with a specific issue they would like help with, while others come with a more general sense that something does not feel quite right.
At the end of the session, we can reflect on whether ongoing therapy feels appropriate and discuss possible next steps.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Accredited Psychodynamic therapist with a background in Psychology and primary care interventions.
My individual approach is based on what I believe is the core part of therapy: building an accepting and trusting relationship between therapist and client. I will encourage you to talk freely about whatever comes to mind - there is no right or wrong thing to say - and I will invite you to feel heard and to take part in a healing process that will allow you to get insight into both your difficulties and your strengths. By achieving this level understanding through reflection, people can become more attuned with their feelings, recognise how these affect their behaviour and relationships, and gain mastery of their live.
*I am now registered with AXA Health, Aviva, and WPA insurance, so if you are insured with any of these insurers, you can contact me directly or speak to your insurer to get information about next steps.
Practice description
I fundamentally use Psychodynamic therapy in my practice, which focuses on unpacking the conscious and unconscious mental processes that influence one´s way of being in relation to ourselves, others, and the world. In other words, this type of therapy is aimed to help people develop self-awareness and understanding of the dynamic influence of our past experiences on present behaviours, attitudes, and emotions. There may be things in your unconscious mind that you are not fully aware of and are painful or keeping you stuck. I will help you look for these patterns and understand them. We find what is keeping you stuck, and we dive deep in to be able to gently move in a new direction.
I have experience working with other theoretical models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic or Gestalt techniques. In this sense, I see the value in integrating concepts from different therapeutic models and being flexible to provide the care that each individual client might need.
My first session
I offer a 15-minute initial consultation for free, where I would love to hear what is bringing you to therapy and you can ask as many questions as you wish. That way, we can both assess whether we are a good match, and decide if we can work together by the end of the video call.
Finding a therapist can be a difficult part of the process. If you are looking for one, that’s already a sign that you are willing to give this a go and commit to the work.
It has probably taken you some time to get to this point, but now you feel ready. That’s a great start. Now, how can you know if a therapist is the right fit for you? It is one of those situations in which you have to try and see if there is a connection between you and your therapist.
It is believed that the therapeutic relationship that is built between therapist and client is one of the most important aspects of positive change and success in therapy.
