Availability

I'm working Mondays to Fridays.

Currently I have availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

About me and my therapy practice

I work with individual adults and couples, offering a safe and welcoming space where you can simply be yourself, somewhere to pause, breathe and grow. Counselling is about walking alongside you as you discover your own strength, potential and way forward.

Your journey is unique, so my support is adaptable. We can work in a person-centred way to explore the 'why' behind your experiences in a trauma-safe environment, or we can use solution-focused techniques to focus on the 'how' of moving forward. Whether you need deep emotional processing or brief, goal-oriented sessions, I am here to facilitate your growth.

I believe that every person is doing their best with what they’ve got, and that we all carry the potential to live more fully and freely. Sometimes, we just need the right kind of support to reconnect with that inner strength. That’s where counselling can help.

Practice description

How I work

In our sessions, we’ll build a genuine, respectful connection where you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, to understand your world with empathy and care, and to support you without judgment.

I believe everyone holds the capacity for self-awareness, healing, and positive change. Our work will focus on your strengths, challenges, and goals helping you find clarity and uncover your own solutions.

Where I work

I offer face-to-face sessions in Ealing, just opposite Ealing Broadway Station—a convenient and comfortable space to talk in person. I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy in Lammas and Walpole Park.

If you're not local, you can also work with me online from anywhere in the UK and Europe.

My experience

I’ve been working with clients since 2017 and have supported people from many different walks of life. From 2018 to 2021, I worked with an organisation focused on supporting survivors of domestic abuse, an experience that deepened my understanding of trauma, resilience, and recovery.

I regularly take part in ongoing professional development to ensure that my work remains effective, informed, and compassionate. At the moment I am doing a couples therapy training with the Paracelsus Gesundheitsakademie in Germany.

Qualifications

BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling. (Middlesex University, London)

Certificate in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (Paracelsus Gesundheitsakademie)

Forest Therapy Practitioner certified by Light Box Project CIC

Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling Metanoia Institute London, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø)

My first session

Finding the right therapist matters

You might be wondering how to know if I’m the right fit for you. I offer a free initial 30 minute phone call, giving you a chance to get a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable talking with me. It’s also a time for me to reflect on whether I’m the right person to support you.

If we decide to begin working together, we’ll have regular check-ins to make sure our sessions are helpful and aligned with your needs. Our first review will usually happen in the sixth session, giving you the space to reflect on how therapy is going and whether you're getting what you need from it.

Our partnership is built on the belief that you are the expert of your own life. We will work at a pace that respects your nervous system and honours your unique identity . You are in control of what we explore and when, ensuring that therapy is a space of empowerment, not pressure.
