About me and my therapy practice

Whatever has brought you here, you鈥檒l find a calm, grounded space where you can talk freely and explore what feels heavy or tangled. I specialise in baby loss, grief, anxiety and self鈥憌orth, supporting people through the rawness of loss, the weight of worry, and the quiet ache of not feeling 鈥渆nough鈥. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure of where to begin. You don鈥檛 need to have the right words 鈥 we can find them together.

My approach is gentle, steady and relational. We work at your pace, moving between what鈥檚 happening now and the experiences that shaped you. People often describe me as warm, thoughtful and easy to talk to. My role is to help you reconnect with your inner self, soften the harsh inner voice, and begin to value your own worth in a deeper, more lasting way.

I work online only, offering a flexible and private space to meet from wherever feels safest for you. Online therapy can be especially supportive for grief, baby loss, anxiety and self鈥憌orth work, giving you the chance to talk from a familiar environment and take things at a pace that feels manageable.

If you鈥檙e feeling drawn to reach out, you鈥檙e welcome to contact me. We can arrange a short initial conversation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Practice description

I offer integrative counselling for adults who are navigating baby loss, grief, anxiety and challenges with self鈥憌orth. These experiences can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a calm, grounded space to explore what feels heavy or tangled, and to begin making sense of the emotions and patterns that shape your day鈥憈o鈥慸ay life.

My approach is relational and trauma鈥慽nformed, drawing from person鈥慶entred, psychodynamic and attachment鈥慴ased perspectives. This means we work together to understand both your present experience and the deeper stories, beliefs and relationships that have influenced how you see yourself. Sessions unfold at your pace, with space for reflection, curiosity and gentle challenge when it feels helpful.

Online therapy can be especially supportive for grief, baby loss, anxiety and self鈥憌orth work. Meeting from a familiar environment often helps people feel safer, more settled and more able to speak openly. It also offers flexibility and privacy, making it easier to fit therapy into the rhythm of your life.

In our work, we might explore themes such as loss, identity, emotional regulation, self鈥慶riticism, relationship patterns or moments of feeling stuck. My aim is to help you develop a steadier inner foundation, reconnect with your own voice and begin to relate to yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

I offer online sessions Monday to Thursday, with morning and daytime appointments available. If you鈥檙e unsure where to begin, that鈥檚 completely okay 鈥 many people start therapy feeling exactly that way. You鈥檙e welcome to reach out, and we can explore together whether this space feels right for you.

My first session

Your first session is a gentle beginning. Many people arrive unsure of what to say or where to start, and that鈥檚 completely okay. Our initial conversation is simply a chance for us to meet, talk about what has brought you here, and get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.

Before we begin ongoing sessions, I offer a free 20鈥憁inute online call. This gives you space to ask questions, share a little about what you鈥檙e hoping for, and experience how it feels to talk with me. There is no pressure to commit 鈥 it鈥檚 an opportunity for you to explore whether this is the kind of support you鈥檙e looking for.

If we decide to continue, sessions are 50 minutes and held weekly at a regular time. In our first full session, we move at your pace. You can share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Some people come with a clear focus; others bring a feeling, a moment, or a sense that something isn鈥檛 quite right. All of these are welcome starting points.

We might explore what life looks like for you right now, what feels difficult or heavy, and what you hope might change. You鈥檙e free to pause, reflect, or take your time 鈥 there is no 鈥渞ight way鈥 to begin therapy. My role is to offer steadiness, curiosity and care as we start to understand your experience together.

Because I work online, you can join from a space that feels safe and familiar. Many people find this helps them settle more easily, especially when talking about grief, baby loss, anxiety or self鈥憌orth.

The first session is the beginning of a relationship built on trust, honesty and collaboration. You don鈥檛 need to prepare anything or know exactly what you want to say. We鈥檒l find our way together.
