I know how busy life can get, so I make finding time for therapy as smooth and stress-free as possible. My practice is built around flexibility, this is why I offer both face to face and online sessions.
Here is how we can connect:
Face to face sessions in Hythe & Folkestone.
I have two comfortable private rooms, in which we can meet face to face depending on your location. Both are very central and have parking nearby.

Online (Wednesday–Friday)
My remote sessions are highly flexible, giving you the comfort and ease of accessing support from your own home. All you need is a private space and an internet connection.
Evening Slots
I offer evening online sessions during the week for those who need to connect after work or after family responsibilities are looked after.
Working Globally
I am happy to work with international clients online, adapting to different time zones so you feel supported no matter where you are in the world.
I have plenty of availability, so please contact me. I have no waiting lists at the moment so we can start soon after we have our initial 20 minute consultation.
About me and my therapy practice
When life feels overwhelming, it can leave us feeling disconnected and exhausted. If you are searching for a safe, non-judgmental space to navigate these challenges, I am here to work with you. My practice is designed to help you explore your emotions safely, and develop a more secure sense of self.
My passion for this work comes from personal experience. I have been through many low points in my own life, and counselling has helped me. Each time, it allowed me to discover new aspects of myself, heal, and grow. Because of this, I know firsthand the courage it takes to start therapy, and I bring that deep empathy into every session.
As an integrative and person-centered counsellor, my approach is completely centered on you. No two individuals share the same history or needs. I blend different therapeutic techniques to uniquely fit your personal goals, pacing, and comfort levels. Together, we will work to understand your patterns and find your inner resilience.
I am here for you in life's heaviest moments. I provide a confidential space to explore complex grief, loss, and feelings of despair, including suicidal ideation. If you are experiencing dark or overwhelming thoughts, you do not have to carry them alone; we can sit with them together, safely and without judgment.
Inclusivity is vital to my practice. I am dedicated to providing a culturally sensitive, affirming environment for individuals from all walks of life. I warmly welcome all clients, regardless of background, gender identity, sexual orientation, or beliefs.
In addition I offer a deep understanding space for:
The LGBTQ+ community
Mothers and parents navigating family life.
Individuals from South Asian backgrounds
Vegans and ethically minded individuals
Choosing counselling is a courageous step toward taking care of your wellbeing. I offer a warm, grounded environment where you can feel truly heard. If you are ready to explore how we can work together to help you feel more rooted, please reach out.
Practice description
I blend different therapeutic techniques to uniquely fit your personal needs, goals, and pacing—tailoring each session to exactly how you feel on that day.
I offer a safe, grounded space to gently explore deep-rooted patterns, the heavy weight of grief, or painful experiences like suicidal ideation. Together, we will look at what is holding you back, discover your inner resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
My first session
Taking that first step into therapy can feel a bit daunting, and it is completely normal to feel a little nervous. Our first session is all about easing you in, helping you feel safe, and for you to start to trust me.
We will start by looking over our therapeutic contract together. We’ll chat through the practical bits—like confidentiality and how sessions work—so you know exactly what to expect and feel completely safe. Setting these boundaries is an important first step; it creates the steady, security that allows you to open up safely.
Once the paperwork is out of the way, the space is entirely yours. There is absolutely no pressure to dive in right away. I know how hard it can be to open up to someone new.
If you are struggling to find the words, I find that sketching out a simple family tree together is a lovely, low-pressure exercise. It’s a gentle, visual way for me to get to know your world, and it usually makes talking about your relationships and background feel a lot more natural.
If during our initial consultation you mentioned that you would like more structure then I can provide that too
Ultimately, how we move forward is completely down to you. There are no rigid agendas or tests here. We will always go strictly at your own pace, exploring your roots with plenty of warmth and compassion.
