I am a qualified and experienced Person Centred Counsellor, offering a respectful, confidential, and non-judgemental way of being.

I will support you, as you travel your journey of self-discovery and acceptance, enabling you to work towards your goals as you reflect on your life experiences.

I understand the most difficult step can often be making the decision to undertake counselling, and the first conversation is often the hardest, therefore, I will provide you with a safe and accepting space, for you to build a trusting relationship, encouraging you to explore the issues that are concerning you.

I believe that each person has their own unique understanding of the world which outlines their responses and feelings about themselves.

I will listen with care and insight, empowering and motivating you to find your own coping strategies, facilitating a space for you to explore your choices, regarding how you can respond to the world. I work with enabling you to bring to counselling what you feel comfortable sharing, encouraging personal fulfilment, self awareness and potential. I will not advise or tell you what to do, but instead support you to reflect and make sense of your experiences.

Person-Centred Counselling is a collaborative process and has at its very core, a solid belief that everyone has the ability to nurture their own personal growth and work towards their own individuality, allowing them to discover and develop their own strengths and uniqueness, at a pace that suits them.

Each Counselling session lasts for 50 minutes, know as the 鈥淭herapeutic hour鈥� and the fee per session for, in person, online or telephone is 拢50.00 with a concession fee of 拢40.00 for students.

I have a cancellation policy that requires all clients to give 24hrs notice (one working day) if they wish to cancel a session. The full fee will otherwise be payable where the 24 hours鈥� notice has not been given, or if a client fails to attend their session.
