Practice description
Navigating Seasons: Clinical Specialisms and Approach
Specialising in complex trauma recovery (C-PTSD) and Neurodiversity-affirming support, this practice is designed for those navigating significant life shifts. Whether you are adjusting to sight loss, managing a chronic health condition, or carrying the weight of burnout, anxiety, and low mood, support is available. UK-wide online and telephone counselling is offered for major life transitions and relationship challenges.
Support is available for adults and young people (16+) from all backgrounds, with a specific focus on marginalised communities. As a Black British Caribbean therapist with lived experience of sight loss and chronic health, I understand the profound importance of identity. This space acknowledges the unique challenges of navigating a world not always built for difference.
You do not have to go through this alone. Rooted in Person-Centred principles, the work happens gently at your pace. This trauma-informed space allows you to safely explore how past experiences shape the present without judgement.
The therapeutic process uses an IFS-informed approach to explore the different parts of your experience. By using a structured unblending protocol, you can find space from overwhelming feelings, helping you feel more grounded and reconnected with your core self. You are invited to simply come as you are, from the comfort of your own home.
If this resonates with you, please get in touch to book a free 25-minute discovery call. It is a no-pressure way to connect and see how this support can help you navigate your current season. ✨
