About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited psychotherapist working with individuals and couples of all ages from 18+ in Borehamwood and Radlett as well as online. I provide a calm and confidential space to allow clients to feel heard and understood.
Individual counselling
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, addiction, bereavement and loss. I also work with clients with relationship issues, family issues, work-related issues, and those who have experienced physical and emotional abuse. Counselling can be a process of growth and self-discovery, and I give space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so that clients can develop a better understanding of themselves and others.
Couples counselling
I focus on helping partners communicate more effectively, while still providing a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. I help couples navigate issues including infidelity, frequent arguing, parenting and separation.
Working in a non-judgemental, sensitive and empathic way I build strong relationships with my clients to help them harness the power to move forwards with their lives with positivity.
I work both open-ended with clients to enable deeper personal growth, and also shorter-term, focussing on specific issues. I work in person from my confidential and comfortable consulting rooms, and also online.
Following five years of training, I completed a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø accredited Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling at The Counselling Foundation. I have also completed a CORST accredited post-qualifying course in Couples and Relationship Counselling at The Grove. I work with a broad range of clients in private practice and I also work as an academic tutor at The Counselling Foundation in St Albans.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø) and abide by its Code of Ethics and professional standards. I carry an enhanced DBS check and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
Practice description
Taking the plunge and starting therapy can seem scary. I will make sure that you feel at ease, secure and comfortable whether as an individual or a couple. By walking hand in hand on this therapeutic journey, I will help you to develop the self worth to steer your own life forwards knowing you are not alone.
Counselling sessions take place once a week, for 50 minutes, on the same day and time each week. Please contact me for details of my fees.
I can see you face to face, by Zoom or we can hold our sessions by telephone.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited psychotherapist working with individuals and couples. My therapy room is a calm, confidential space tucked away within Battlers Green Farm in Radlett, surrounded by open fields. Working in a non-judgemental, sensitive, and empathetic way, I build strong relationships helping clients to feel heard, understood and able to move forwards with their lives.
Individuals
I have particular experience working with adults with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma, addiction, bereavement and loss. I also work with clients with relationship issues, work-related issues, and those who have experienced physical and emotional abuse. Counselling can be a process of growth and self-discovery, and I give space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so that clients can develop a better understanding of themselves and others.
Couples
I help couples to navigate issues including infidelity, frequent arguing, parenting and separation. Many of the tensions couples face arise from old relational templates - ways of protecting, longing, or defending that were formed long before the partnership began. I offer a thoughtful, supportive space to explore these patterns, to help both partners understand each other’s inner world. I encourage partners to communicate more effectively, while still providing a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Practice description
I work in an open ended way which means your weekly appointment is held for you for as long as you want to continue therapy and you can end at any time. I also see clients for short-term focussed therapy and one-off single session therapy appointments . Counselling sessions take place once a week, for 50 minutes, on the same day and time each week.
I can see you face to face, by Zoom or we can hold our sessions by telephone.
