About me and my therapy practice
I an experienced therapist working with couples and individuals.
I can help you with relationship issues, anxiety, ADHD, and bereavement.
Working with couples
I offer a non-judgemental space, where both partners are equally valued. My role is to support calm, respectful conversation, helping each person feel heard and understood.
I help to resolve ..
Communication difficulties
Conflict and recurring arguments
Trust breaches (including infidelity)
Intimacy and sexual concerns
Emotional disconnection
Working with individuals I can help with anxiety and I have a lot experience with ADHD personally and professionally..
In our sessions, we focus on practical steps: understanding your reactions and finding ways to protect your well-being. We’ll look at what’s in your control and how you can respond in ways that feel healthier and happier.
If you’re finding it hard to manage day-to-day, make decisions, or understand what you’re feeling, I can help you get clarity so you can feel more stable and better equipped to succeed.
After a bereavement, it is common to experience a wide range of feelings. Anxiety, loneliness, and a sense of emptiness are also common. Some people may feel guilty, or regretful about things said or left unsaid. You might notice sudden mood changes, feeling okay one moment and overwhelmed the next. All of these reactions are a normal part of grief. We can talk about these feelings and help you to understand your response to loss.
Practice description

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced supervisor and enjoy working with both trainee and qualified counsellors.
My approach to supervision is thoughtful, and encouraging. I value what you already bring to your work and my supervision feels safe and respectful.
I am committed to ethical and safe practice and work in line with the requirements of relevant professional and regulatory bodies. Having worked extensively in agency settings, I am familiar with safeguarding, and professional accountability.
I also believe it’s important to acknowledge the impact that therapeutic work can have on us as practitioners. Supervision isn’t just about the client — it’s also about you. I hold your well-being in mind and offer space to reflect on how the work affects you personally and professionally.
