Also trained in Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT).

Practice description

Provide an explorative analytical, and non-judgemental space to explore difficulties and problems in life or in you. This may take the form of questions or a request for help. The focus is on the past and how this repeats itself in the present. The focus being on talking and speech, memories, wishes, disappointments, and dreams.

Psychoanalysis does not provide standardised advice, instructions, or quick fixes; instead, the purpose is to help you think more deeply about the causes of your suffering, whilst developing within you, your own unique and authentic way of responding.

Also, registered with UKCP, CPJAC, CP-UK, & BPC Kite Marked Practitioner in MBT.
