About me and my therapy practice
I'm an CPCAB trained, ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registers Integrative counsellor with person centered core training and a Bsc (hons) in Therapeutic counselling and I work with you to explore your needs and find solutions that work for you.
I am calm, empathic, non judgmental, kind and careful with your feeling but use a number of techniques which can be kindly direct and help to challenge you and your thoughts and feelings, all done in a safe and therapeutic way.
We use the first session to find out what might work best for you in therapy and adjust to your needs as they come. I work online from my home based office and offer a natural and genuine space for you to open up to.
Practice description
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or struggling to make sense of life right now? Perhaps you’re finding it difficult to trust your own judgement, struggling with low self-esteem, navigating menopause, ADHD-related challenges, or carrying the impact of a negative or abusive relationship. If so, you are not alone — and you do not have to face things alone either.
As a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely and at your own pace. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, especially if you are used to coping alone, masking how you feel, or putting the needs of others before yourself.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and genuine. My aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered whilst we work together to make sense of your experiences and move towards meaningful change.
I have particular experience supporting:
Survivors of domestic abuse, including emotional abuse, coercive control, physical abuse, and the lasting impact these experiences can have
Low self-esteem, self-doubt, and difficulties trusting yourself
Anxiety, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and relationship difficulties
Women navigating menopause, identity changes, confidence issues, and emotional wellbeing and their partners
Adults experiencing ADHD-related difficulties such as overwhelm, burnout, emotional regulation, masking, procrastination, and self-criticism
Women and men seeking to rebuild confidence, self-worth, boundaries, and self-love
However, I also recognise that every person’s story is unique, and I welcome clients with a wide range of experiences and reasons for seeking therapy.
Sessions are available online, by telephone, or via live chat/video on Teams — allowing you to choose the format that feels most comfortable for you.
It’s never too late to give yourself the opportunity to heal.
My first session
Our first session will involve an initial assessment where we can explore your therapeutic needs, what has brought you to counselling, and what you hope to gain from the process. This session also gives us an opportunity to see whether we feel we can work together comfortably and collaboratively.
During this session, we will agree a counselling contract, where I will explain the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities involved in therapy, including confidentiality and its limits. I will also explain why I need to collect and securely store some personal information, such as your name, address, and date of birth, in line with GDPR 2018 requirements.
From there, we will begin to explore your experiences, needs, and goals in more detail, at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

About me and my therapy practice
A personal centred supervisor with a BSC (Hons) Therapeutic counselling offering supervision online or telephone for therapists and trainees working from any Humanistic modality. I am ÌÇÐĹÙÍø registered and CPCAB trained. .
Practice description
Are you looking for a supportive, reflective, and collaborative supervisory relationship where you can feel safe to explore your client work openly, honestly, and without judgement?
I am a Humanistic CPCAB-trained counsellor, registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, and hold a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling. Alongside several years in clinical practice, I am now developing my supervision practice to support counsellors and trainee therapists in building confidence, deepening self-awareness, and maintaining safe, ethical, and effective therapeutic work.
My approach to supervision is warm, relational, and empowering. I aim to create a space where supervisees feel supported not only in managing risk, ethical practice, and casework, but also in exploring themselves as practitioners — including the emotional impact of the work, relational dynamics, boundaries, confidence, and professional identity.
I have experience working with a wide range of presenting issues including:
Domestic abuse and coercive control
Anxiety and depression
Self-esteem and self-worth
Emotional dysregulation and BPD/EUPD
Disordered eating
Intrusive thoughts
Self-harm and suicidal thoughts
ADHD, overwhelm, and burnout
I have a particular passion for supporting therapists who work relationally and who value reflective, compassionate practice. I understand that counselling work can be deeply rewarding, but also emotionally demanding, and I believe good supervision should feel containing, thought-provoking, supportive, and professionally enriching.
I welcome both qualified counsellors and trainee therapists looking for a collaborative supervisory relationship where growth, learning, and authenticity are encouraged.
Sessions available online via Teams or telephone.
Reduced rates available for trainee counsellors.
Please feel free to contact me for an informal conversation about how we might work together.
My first session
Our first supervision session will provide an opportunity for us to explore your current practice, professional needs, and what you hope to gain from supervision. It is also a space for us to begin building a safe, collaborative, and supportive supervisory relationship where you feel able to reflect openly on your client work and professional development.
During this initial session, we will discuss your current caseload, therapeutic approach, areas of confidence, and any challenges or concerns you may be experiencing within your work. We will also agree a supervision contract, where I will explain the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities involved in supervision, including confidentiality, safeguarding, and record keeping in line with GDPR 2018 requirements.
I understand that supervision can sometimes feel exposing or anxiety-provoking, particularly for trainee or newly qualified counsellors, and I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental environment where you feel supported, encouraged, and appropriately challenged in your development as a practitioner.
Together, we will begin identifying your goals for supervision and how we can work collaboratively to support both your clients and your growth as a therapist.
