I offer face-to-face sessions on Thursday and Friday morning in Queen Anne Street, W1G9JB.

I am a recognised provider with AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, and Vitality Health Insurance, and I welcome clients accessing therapy through private health insurance.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a 糖心官网 Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Counselling Tutor working with adults, young people (16+), individuals, and couples in a confidential, supportive, and non-judgemental space.

Alongside private practice, I work as a  Lecturer in Psychotherapy and Counselling and teach counselling courses from Levels 2鈥6. I also provide clinical supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. My work across therapeutic, educational, and community settings has given me extensive experience supporting people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

I have worked within NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT), university counselling services, charities, schools, and trauma-informed community services, including supporting refugees, asylum seekers, and young people experiencing complex trauma, identity struggles, and emotional distress.

My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to the individual rather than using a 鈥渙ne size fits all鈥 approach. I draw from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, CBT, relational, and trauma-informed approaches depending on your needs and goals.

I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bereavement, identity issues, addiction, emotional overwhelm, self-harm, sexuality and intimacy concerns, cultural challenges, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected.

I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy, which further informs my work with relationships, sexuality, intimacy, and relational dynamics.

Above all, I believe therapy should provide a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore difficult experiences at your own pace.

Practice description

I am an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic models including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and relational approaches. This enables me to adapt therapy to suit your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is central to effective therapy. Feeling emotionally safe, accepted, and understood can create the foundation for meaningful change and self-exploration. I therefore aim to provide a warm, respectful, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and honestly.

People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, stress, identity issues, sexuality, intimacy concerns, or recurring emotional patterns that feel difficult to manage. Sometimes life experiences, relationships, or internal conflicts can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.

My integrative approach allows us to work flexibly and collaboratively. Together we may explore past experiences and attachment patterns, increase self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, understand emotional responses, or work towards practical and meaningful changes in your life.

Alongside private practice, I have experience working within NHS services, university counselling settings, counselling training environments, and charities supporting refugees and asylum seekers. This has deepened my understanding of trauma, safeguarding, cultural identity, emotional distress, and the importance of working sensitively with difference and diversity.

I also provide psychosexual and relationship therapy, supporting clients with intimacy, sexuality, compulsive sexual behaviours, relational dynamics, and emotional wellbeing within relationships.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin exploring what has brought you to therapy and what support you are looking for. I understand that starting therapy can sometimes feel unfamiliar or anxiety-provoking, so I aim to provide a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly at your own pace.

During the initial session, we may discuss your current difficulties, personal history, relationships, emotional wellbeing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This helps us begin building an understanding of your experiences and think collaboratively about how we might work together.

As an integrative therapist, I tailor therapy to the individual. Some clients benefit from a reflective space to process emotions and past experiences, while others may prefer a more structured approach focused on coping strategies, self-awareness, or change. Together we can decide what feels most appropriate and supportive for you.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you. A strong therapeutic relationship is important, and I encourage clients to ask questions and use this session to consider whether they feel comfortable working with me.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy depending on your needs and circumstances.
