Availability
I offer in-person counselling sessions in a private and comfortable room at the South London Therapy Group in Peckham. The practice is located close to Peckham Rye station and is easily accessible from surrounding areas including East Dulwich, Dulwich Village, Herne Hill, Nunhead and Camberwell. I also see clients online and can offer a hybrid approach of face to face and online if preferable.
I currently have availability on Monday evenings and early weekday mornings. I offer a range of daytime and evening appointments where available, which can often work well for people balancing work, family commitments or busy schedules.
Many of the people I work with lead full and demanding lives, and counselling can provide a valuable space in the week to pause, reflect and talk openly about what is going on.
If you are considering counselling, the best way to check current availability is to get in touch by email. I aim to respond to enquiries promptly and can let you know what appointment times are currently available.
About me and my therapy practice
Reaching out for counselling takes courage. If you're reading this, you've already taken the first step.
I've always been a natural listener. Growing up, my father was diagnosed with Early Onset Dementia. Being present for someone I loved through such a difficult experience shaped who I am, it gave me a genuine empathy for people facing hard times, and a deep understanding of how much it matters simply to feel heard.
I became a counsellor because I believe that people, with the right support alongside them, are capable of becoming a much better version of themselves. That belief isn't abstract, it's something I see in the work every day, and it's why I love what I do.
I qualified in 2020 and am a registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø. I work as an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than applying a single method to everyone. I take my lead from you. I have a particular interest in men's mental health, and while many of my clients are men, I warmly welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds.
Practice description
People who work with me typically describe sessions as calm and unhurried. There's no pressure to arrive with everything figured out, we work through things together, at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, anger, low self-esteem, and a range of other difficulties. As an integrative counsellor, I adapt my approach to what feels most helpful for where you are, drawing on person-centred principles, cognitive approaches, or other methods depending on what we find useful together.
Sessions are available face-to-face at my Peckham] practice and online across the UK. All sessions are 50 minutes and my fee is £65.
My first session
Before we begin, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call by Zoom or phone. This is a chance for you to share a little about what's brought you to counselling, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether I'm the right fit for you. There's no obligation or pressure to go further.
If you decide to proceed, the first full session is 50 minutes at the standard rate of £65. I'll invite you to share more about what's going on for you and what you're hoping to get from counselling, but we go at your pace. There's no set agenda and no forms to complete in advance.
By the end of the first session, we'll usually have a sense of how we might work together and what a helpful focus could look like going forward.

While counselling deals with serious and sometimes difficult material, I don't believe it has to feel heavy all the time. I'll bring a sense of humour when it feels right, because sometimes a little lightness is exactly what's needed.
