Hey, I’m Hollie and a warm welcome to my profile.

I offer in person and online counselling, providing both daytime and evening appointments.

My in person sessions are in Glasgow City Centre.

About me and my therapy practice

Life experiences can impact us much more than we are aware of, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or helpless in what we believe and how we feel about ourselves, others, or our world.

These impacts may present as low self-esteem, high anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, addictions, trauma, relationship issues, isolation, emotional disconnection, and depression. Unprocessed emotion may also be manifesting physically in your body as pain or illness.

Practice description

I hold a warm, confidential, and supportive space, helping you feel safe to let me into your inner world so we can compassionately explore and better understand your struggles and wounds. As a Humanistic Integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of approaches to best meet your needs, wants, and goals. I work collaboratively with you as the unique person you are—working at your pace and tailoring my support throughout our time together to assist your healing and growth, ultimately helping you build a life with greater fulfilment.

My first session

Entering counselling can be a big step, and finding a counsellor you feel truly comfortable and connected with is key to getting the most out of therapy.

I offer a free, confidential initial phone call (with no obligation). We’ll chat about what brings you to counselling, how we might work together, and answer any questions you have, helping you make an informed and comfortable decision about moving forward.
