About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you can explore what鈥檚 happening in your life at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is relational and trauma鈥慽nformed, drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives to support you in understanding your experiences, patterns, and needs.
People often come to me when they鈥檙e feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we make sense of what鈥檚 going on beneath the surface 鈥 gently, respectfully, and without judgement.
Practice description
I work in a way that centres your autonomy and lived experience. I won鈥檛 rush you or push you into places you鈥檙e not ready to go. Instead, we build a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe enough to explore, reflect, and grow.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity鈥慳ffirming, and welcoming of all identities. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship difficulties, and the emotional impact of neurodivergence.
My first session
Our sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly. You鈥檙e welcome to bring whatever feels important 鈥 thoughts, feelings, memories, or simply a sense that something isn鈥檛 quite right. You don鈥檛 need to have the 鈥渞ight words鈥 or a clear goal; we can find the path together.

I offer sessions Monday to Friday during daytime and early evening hours.
I currently have availability for both online and face鈥憈o鈥慺ace sessions in Greenwich.
About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor, and I work with adults who are living with anxiety, low mood, chronic overwhelm, or the sense of feeling out of step with others. These experiences can make everyday life feel heavier than it needs to be, and together we can explore what鈥檚 happening beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself.
I also work with the quieter struggles that build up over time 鈥 stress, burnout, identity questions, relationship patterns, or the feeling that you鈥檙e carrying more than you can comfortably hold. My aim is to help you create a life that feels steadier, more spacious, and more aligned with who you are.
Although my core qualification is in psychotherapeutic counselling, my way of working is integrative. I draw from Person鈥慍entred, Psychodynamic, and Transpersonal approaches, shaping the work around your needs and pace. I offer online sessions and face鈥憈o鈥慺ace sessions in Greenwich.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded. I help you make sense of your inner world while offering practical strategies that genuinely fit your life. You can choose weekly or fortnightly sessions, online or in person in Greenwich.

Before we begin, we鈥檒l have a 30鈥憁inute assessment session to explore what you鈥檙e looking for from therapy and to ensure I鈥檓 the right fit for your needs. If we decide to work together, I鈥檒l provide all the information you need to feel comfortable and prepared for our sessions.
