About me and my therapy practice
I wonder what you’re looking for in a counsellor? I imagine it might be someone who will really listen to you, who is caring and compassionate and will help you to find the way forward that is right for you. I aim to offer this to my clients.
I will listen to you without judgement, to enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and together we will build a trusting relationship.
I will provide the space for you to explore your innermost self, and tailor my approach to suit you, looking for solutions to specific problems, and increasing your understanding of yourself and provide you with the tools you need to move forwards.
I have experience of working with a broad spectrum of clients.
Having experienced grief and loss myself, I feel I have a powerful insight and understanding into the need for greater self compassion and care during times of struggle.
My own experience of therapy has helped me to feel better equipped to cope with life’s challenges. I would like to share this understanding with you and am empathic and thoughtful in my approach.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer integrative clinical supervision grounded in the Seven Eyed Model (Hawkins and Shohet), providing a reflective and supportive space for practitioners to explore their work.
Practice description
My background is in person-centred therapy, and I work in a trauma-informed and self-compassion focused way. I aim to create a supervisory relationship that is collaborative, ethically grounded, and attuned to both practitioner and client process.
I welcome practitioners at different stages of their development and offer a balance of support and gentle challenge to encourage growth, confidence, and reflective practice.
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore whether we are a good fit for working together.
We will look at your current practice, experience, and what you are hoping to gain from supervision. This includes discussing your client work, any areas of focus or challenge, and how you like to work as a practitioner.
I will also outline how I work as a supervisor, including my integrative approach and use of the 7-Eyed Model, so you have a clear sense of what to expect. There will be space for you to ask questions and reflect on what you need from the supervisory relationship.
If we decide to work together, we will agree a clear contract, including frequency of sessions, boundaries, and expectations, to support safe and effective practice.
