About me and my therapy practice

Life's challenges are an inevitable part of being human, but they need not be faced alone. As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I provide a compassionate, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of the patterns that shape your inner world, helping you gain insight, navigate life's difficulties, build resilience, and work towards lasting emotional wellbeing. Through this therapeutic process, there is the opportunity for meaningful change and for a stronger connection with your authentic self.

I trained at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, an internationally renowned psychoanalytic centre for the development and practice of psychotherapy. I completed a PGdip, in psychodynamic psychotherapy and advanced clinical training in Intercultural Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
