About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Integrative Relational psychotherapist and counsellor, offering a warm and collaborative approach.
We all have times in our life when things can feel harder - maybe challenging, difficult or unsettling issues that are new, or that we have been dealing with on our own for some while. In therapy, we can explore what is going on for you, together in a supportive space.
We will sit in a comfortable private consulting room and we will talk. I work with adults, weekly, in 50-minute sessions, both short- and long-term, which is decided and reviewed together. Sessions are in person at East Molesey, Weybridge or Esher, or online.
I offer a free 15-minute call prior to booking during which I can answer any questions you may have to help decide if what I offer is what you need.
Practice description
I am an experienced Integrative-Relational Psychotherapist/Counsellor, with a first-class BA Honours degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling, and my experience includes working in the NHS and Private Practice.
I am interested in you as a person, how you came to be, what is happening for you now, and what you might like to be different going forward.
Here is a list of areas I have particular experience in working in (this is not an exclusive list, please do get in touch if there is something not mentioned here that you would like help with): anxiety, depression, stress, loss, grief and bereavement, break-up, redundancy, life-limiting illness, abuse, health issues, family issues, trauma, anger issues and management, life crises, work stress and burn-out, identity, changing roles in life (becoming an independent adult, parenthood and retirement), navigating change, OCD, loss of confidence and low self-esteem, existential issues (such as aging, loneliness and dying) and relationship difficulties.
I regularly undertake Continued Professional Development (CPD’s) and training, as part of my commitment to keep my skills and knowledge relevant and current, and to further enrich my development and work. As a registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, I am guided by their ethical principles, values and good practice standards.
My therapy rooms are at The Practice in East Molesey. Please note, my room is located on the second floor and there is no lift in this building.
I also offer online sessions via zoom.
