Availability
My availability is flexible and I offer both daytime and evening sessions across the week.
I work from private, comfortable spaces in Ashford and Staines-upon-Thames, and also offer online sessions for those who prefer to work remotely. Home visits may be available in certain circumstances.
If I am unable to respond immediately, I aim to get back to all enquiries within 24–48 hours.
If you are unsure about availability or would like to ask a question before booking, you are welcome to get in touch to arrange an initial conversation.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative and relational psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults and young people. My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship—one where you feel heard, respected, and met without judgement.
Working integratively allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor the work to suit you as an individual, rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. I work relationally, paying attention not only to your experiences, but also to the patterns that may show up in how you relate—to yourself, to others, and within the therapeutic space itself.
I offer a calm, grounded, and confidential space where you can explore trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges at your own pace. Together, we take time to understand not just what is happening, but what sits beneath the surface and what may be keeping you stuck.
At times, I may offer reflections or gentle challenge to support deeper awareness. There is no fixed agenda—this is your space. The work is about helping you feel more connected to yourself, build emotional resilience, and begin to respond to life in a way that feels more grounded and aligned.
I have experience working across a range of settings and supporting clients with complex emotional needs, life transitions, and the lasting impact of earlier experiences. This informs my work while remaining responsive to the unique person in front of me.
Practice description
Sometimes life can feel complex, overwhelming, or difficult to make sense of. You may find yourself carrying experiences from earlier in life, repeating patterns that no longer serve you, or feeling emotions that are hard to name or understand. These experiences can shape how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore your experiences in a way that feels manageable and supportive—at a pace that works for you.
I do not offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work alongside you, bearing witness to your experience and supporting you to make sense of it in a way that feels meaningful and lasting.
Our work is collaborative and grounded in a safe, respectful relationship. Alongside exploring difficulty, we also recognise your resilience—supporting you to build awareness, develop emotional strength, and create change that feels aligned with who you are.
Over time, therapy can help you feel more connected to yourself, more aware of your patterns, and more able to respond to life with clarity and choice.
My first session
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to explore what has brought you to therapy. We will talk about what you are hoping for, any concerns you may have, and how therapy might support you.
There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable, and the session will move at a pace that feels right for you.
I may ask some gentle questions to gain a sense of your background and current circumstances, but the focus is on creating a safe, collaborative space and helping you decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
Therapy is a relational process, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters.
