About me and my therapy practice

Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you’re not sure what to expect or whether it’s right for you.

You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself - and unsure where to begin.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly without pressure or judgement.

As a person-centred counsellor, our sessions are shaped around you. We’ll work together at your own pace, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and finding your own way forward.

I aim to offer a warm, genuine and accepting relationship, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect.

There are no expectations - just come as you are, and we’ll start from wherever you feel comfortable.
