About me and my therapy practice
Life can be full of ups and downs, but when it seems to be more downs than ups, it can feel quite shitty.
Counselling with me, enables you to start talking about the things that just don’t sit comfortably with you right now. You’re sharing with somebody your deepest thoughts and feelings. You won’t be judged. You can take off the mask. I will value and respect everything you have to say.
By talking about the things that are going on in your life, we can get a greater understanding of your process, so that you can find ways to function that actually work for you, your brain and your life.
You may notice you’re struggling to get through, having to project a version of yourself that isn’t authentic. We can talk this through together.
Being a version of yourself that keeps saying yes, when you really want to say no. You’re smiling, tolerating and pushing though, but actually feeling really uncomfortable having to project a version of yourself that isn’t real, authentic.
You don’t feel ok.
In those moments, you’re just not able to be honest and vulnerable with the people around you, because for some reason it just doesn’t feel safe.
Perhaps it’s that question of wondering whether you will be understood, accepted or judged…where an opinion will be formed and you could be thought of negatively.
That may feel too risky.
Sharing with others may bring with it a sense of too much vulnerability.
You may have gone through all of this for a long time, processing it day after day, night after night getting your head getting into a real mess.
It’s become too loud, too noisy.
The stress…anxiety…low mood…depression becomes too much, so you look into counselling.
I welcome you talking and want to listen to your experience. Therapy with me is about processing everything you’ve been carrying around.
As an experienced, accredited Person-Centered Counsellor (MÌÇÐĹÙÍø, Accred) whose undergone in-depth and focussed training, I can support you with a wide range of issues.

Practice description
Whatever you chose to talk through in our sessions I want you to know that you will be listened to and respected.
As I listen, together we process and try and make sense of what’s going on.
I have a particular interest in supporting clients talking through issues around any aspect of Neurodiversity, Physical Conditions, Disability, Mental Health, Women's Health, LGBTQIA+, Identity and Relationships, Family and Parenting.
If you are looking in particular, to access counselling as a way of exploring your own neurodivergence, I have my own lived experience of being neurodivergent, and many people tell me that having a neurodivergent counsellor is affirming and validating right from the very beginning as they know they will be seen and heard.
I offer an LGBTQ affirming safe place.
I can give you in-person and online sessions, or a mixture of both.
I work with Young Adults 18+, Adults and Older adults
These can be long term, short term or time-limited sessions. I am always guided by you.
The face to face sessions are held in a rented room at Norwich Central Baptist Church, Norwich, NR3 3AP.
Parking is directly outside the building. Wheelchair Accessible.
The duration of an in-person or online session is 1hr, and costs £55.00.
Fully insured. DBS checked.
I’m an experienced Accredited Registered Member of The British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ÌÇÐĹÙÍø).
