It’s important that you feel comfortable with the counsellor you choose. If you're curious about working together, please complete an enquiry form to send an initial enquiry.
We can then book a free 15-minute introductory call to answer any questions you may have and see how I can support you.
I have both daytime and evening availability.
Contact me via the enquiry form or mobile number and we can arrange an initial telephone call, free of charge, to see if I am able to support you.
I'm a UK based Counsellor offering online-based therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
My practice is grounded in the humanistic tradition, and I bring an integrative style shaped by nearly 20 years working in education, counselling, and emotional wellbeing.
If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or suffering with the challenges that low mood presents then you might be looking for a space to feel heard, supported and understood. If that sounds like you, please feel free to get in touch and we can see if I’m the right fit for you.
I am a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist – which means I’ll meet you with warmth, compassion and without judgement. You’re the expert in your own life, and I’ll work alongside you, offering reflections, insight and tools where it feels helpful. Therapy can be a space to explore what’s been difficult, reconnect with yourself and grow your confidence.
Are you somebody who feels like they are too much? Or not enough? Who feels they have to get everything right? Who struggles with overthinking interactions or ruminating on events of the day? Clients will often attend therapy with beliefs such as this about themselves and we work together to understand them, dismantle where they have come from and then offer something different; often something kinder, that comes from a more personal, internal, authentic place.

Specialisms include:
Neurodivergent therapy support
I support students and clients who are neurodivergent to explore what that means to you. We build a relationship that is nurturing as we work through what matters to you - be it burnout, relationship stresses, RSD, masking, and finding ways to alleviate some of the anxiety and stress you may be experiencing.
Healing from childhood experiences:
As adults, we may need to reassess childhood rules and family dynamics that still cause pain. Together, we can create a space to explore these experiences, moving forwards with more understanding of ourselves and compassion for the impact this may have had on our lives.
Body positivity and self worth:
Our bodies can create much unrest for us and feelings can be complex and deep rooted. Part of my work is to create inclusive spaces where we can unpick the difficult ideals given to us by society - and ultimately - enhance feelings of self-worth and belief in ourselves as being enough as we are.
Grief and loss:
Grief can be present in many forms - whether it’s life transitions such as career changes, retirement, children leaving home; living losses such as changes in health and wellbeing, or the death of a loved person or animal... If you need a space to be still when grief can make everything turbulent - we can hold that in our sessions together.
Supporting young people and families:
I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people and those with SEND, or those that have been marginalized within school communities. Together we can learn how to regulate our nervous system, find what feels safe for us and process the harm.
My first session
I work online and offer secure sessions from the comfort of your own home.
First, we book a free 15-minute introductory call to answer any questions you may have and see how I can support you. If you decide to go ahead, then we can book a session.
Sessions are online and typically last 50 minutes.
They often begin as weekly or fortnightly arrangements.
Sessions cost £50. I hold a limited number of concessionary spaces for students, low-income clients, and those experiencing financial hardship. Please ask me if this feels relevant to your circumstances
