About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Enos and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor.
My aim is to support you in developing greater self-awareness, personal growth, acceptance, and improved emotional wellbeing.
With over 30 years’ experience, including volunteering, across substance misuse, family support, LGBTQ+ services, domestic violence work, and education, I offer a compassionate and inclusive approach.
I feel a strong therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change and growth. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore emotional distress, anxiety, and relationship challenges freely and confidently, at your own pace.
Practice description
Why Attend Counselling?
Relationships are central to our development, yet they can sometimes become strained or overwhelming, leading to feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, or emotional confusion. At times, you may not fully understand what is happening—only that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Counselling offers a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, within clear professional boundaries and without fear of judgement.
Working Together
I offer a warm, empathic, and genuine presence, grounded in unconditional acceptance. Together, we can explore your experiences at your own pace, helping you to deepen your self-awareness and strengthen your sense of self-worth.
My aim is to support you in achieving a deeper understanding of your experiencing which you can learn from, in a way that you find meaningful for you.
Through this therapeutic relationship you are not alone as you continue to explore your experiences, gaining clarity, resilience and a better understanding of yourself.
(In-person session will be available in the foreseeable future)
My first session
