About me and my therapy practice
Choosing a counsellor can feel like a big decision, and finding someone you feel comfortable with is an important part of the process. Whatever has brought you here, you're very welcome.At the heart of my practice is the relationship we build together. I believe that when you feel genuinely heard, accepted and understood, change becomes possible. Building trust, rapport and a genuine therapeutic relationship is the foundation of everything we do.
My core training is in person-centred counselling, and I work integratively, drawing on a range of approaches to meet your individual needs. Alongside person-centred practice, I have experience using solution-focused techniques, helping clients recognise their strengths, make sense of their experiences and move towards positive change.
Many of the people I work with are balancing work, family life, caring responsibilities or the expectations of others whilst quietly struggling themselves. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Sometimes having a space that's entirely yours, where you can talk openly without judgement or expectation, is reason enough to reach out.
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Whether you have a clear goal or simply know that something needs to change, we can work together at a pace that feels right for you.
My aim is to offer a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where you can explore whatever is important to you, build on your strengths and move towards the life you want to live.

Practice description
I currently offer 50-minute counselling sessions for adults on Fridays via secure video call or telephone. Online and telephone counselling can provide a flexible, accessible way to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
If you're considering counselling, I offer an initial conversation to answer any questions you may have and to help us decide whether working together feels like the right fit.
