I offer flexible online therapy appointments across the UK, including daytime and some evening sessions, to fit around work and other commitments. I know life can be busy, so I aim to make accessing support feel as easy as possible.
Working online means you can join sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable, without the added stress of travel. It also allows for more flexibility in availability, making it easier to find a time that works for you and fits around your day.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer online EMDR therapy as part of an integrative approach. Online sessions gives you the flexible and private space to do this work from wherever feels most comfortable.
Often, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem or relationship struggles aren鈥檛 just about what鈥檚 happening now, they can be linked to past experiences. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a gentle, structured way of helping your brain process those experiences so they feel less intense and no longer have the same impact on your day-to-day life.
At the same time, therapy with me isn鈥檛 just about processing the past. We鈥檒l also focus on what鈥檚 happening for you in the present鈥攚hether that鈥檚 managing anxious thoughts, feeling more grounded, or handling difficult situations with more confidence. I draw on different approaches depending on what you need, combining EMDR with practical tools and space to talk things through.
We don鈥檛 rush into anything. We start by helping you feel more in control before moving into any deeper work. During EMDR, we use gentle techniques like eye movements or tapping while you briefly focus on a memory or feeling, allowing your brain to process things in a way that doesn鈥檛 feel overwhelming.
I work at your pace, and you鈥檙e always in control of what we focus on. Some people come wanting practical support, others want to understand things more deeply and most people want a mix of both but we鈥檒l figure that out together.
Practice description
If your mind doesn鈥檛 switch off, you overthink everything, or you feel constantly on edge, you鈥檙e not alone and you don鈥檛 have to figure it out by yourself. I like to teach you the science behind WHY you have anxiety or trauma and why your body feels the way it does during these times.
I offer online EMDR therapy where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to have the 鈥渞ight words鈥 or a clear plan or even leaving your safe space.
Our sessions are a space to slow things down for a moment. We might look at what鈥檚 been building up for you, what sets your anxiety off, or why certain situations feel harder than they 鈥渟hould.鈥
Some people want practical tools straight away; others want to understand where their anxiety comes from. Most want a bit of both. We鈥檒l figure that out together, at a pace that feels manageable.
I work online across the UK, which means you can access support from home鈥攐ften easier when anxiety or past traumas makes getting out or being around others feel overwhelming.
Above all, I aim to keep things real. No jargon, no pressure鈥攋ust a supportive space where you can feel heard, make sense of things, and start to feel more like yourself again
My first session
Starting EMDR therapy can feel a bit unknown, so the first session is really about helping you feel comfortable and understanding what happens.
We鈥檒l begin by talking about what鈥檚 brought you to therapy, this might be anxiety, past experiences, or patterns you鈥檙e finding hard to shift. You don鈥檛 need to go into lots of detail or share anything you鈥檙e not ready to.
I鈥檒l also ask some gentle questions to get a sense of your history and how things have been affecting you day to day. This helps me understand whether EMDR is the right fit and how we might work together.
I鈥檒l explain how EMDR works in a simple, straightforward way, so you know what to expect. There鈥檚 plenty of space for you to ask questions and nothing is rushed, and there鈥檚 no pressure to start processing anything straight away.
A big part of early EMDR work is making sure you feel safe and steady. We鈥檒l begin building some tools to help you manage possible anxiety, feel more grounded, and stay in control of the process.
By the end of the session, we鈥檒l have a clearer idea of what you鈥檇 like help with and whether EMDR feels like the right approach for you. There鈥檚 no obligation to continue, it鈥檚 a chance to see how it feels for you.
If you decide to go ahead, we鈥檒l plan the next steps together, including how we pace the work in a way that feels manageable and supportive.

I offer supervision online, which allows for greater flexibility in scheduling. I have a range of weekday appointments available, including some evenings, making it easier to find a regular time that fits around your client work and other commitments.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision for therapists and I often find that newly qualified therapists are drawn to working with me, as they鈥檙e looking for a supervision space that feels supportive and approachable. Starting out can bring a lot of self-doubt and pressure, so I aim to offer something a bit different. This is a place where you can ask questions, feel unsure, and talk things through openly without feeling judged. My style is down to earth and non-judgemental, which tends to help people relax into the process and build confidence in their own way of working.
As an integrative therapist, couples therapist, and EMDR practitioner, this naturally shapes how I work. I don鈥檛 believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and supervision with me is about figuring out what actually helps you, your clients, and the way you like to work.
Practice description
I aim to create a space where you can be honest about what鈥檚 really going on in your client work, the bits that naturally make you feel stuck, unclear, or even frustrating and you can speak freely without worrying about being judged.
It鈥檚 not about being monitored or having to get things 鈥渞ight,鈥 but about having somewhere to reflect, feel supported, and be gently challenged when needed.
We can think together about your clients, but also about you, your confidence, your counselling style, your boundaries and how providing therapy to others is affecting you. I know this work can be demanding.
Alongside my integrative background, I can support you with EMDR work, including pacing, readiness, and working with trauma in a way that feels manageable. I also bring experience in couples work, so if you鈥檙e working with relationships or more complex dynamics, we can explore that together as well.
I offer supervision online, which makes things more flexible and easier to fit around your client work and life. I have weekday availability, including some evenings, but I don鈥檛 work weekends.
If you鈥檙e looking for supervision that feels real, supportive, and non judgmental rather than overly clinical, you鈥檙e very welcome to get in touch 馃槉
My first session
I know starting supervision with someone new can feel a bit uncertain, so the first session is really about getting a feel for each other and seeing if it鈥檚 a good fit.
We鈥檒l start by talking about you and your current work, the clients you鈥檙e seeing, and what you鈥檙e looking for from supervision. You don鈥檛 need to have it all figured out and you are welcome to bring a piece of client work.
I鈥檒l also share a bit about how I work and how I tend to hold the space. There鈥檚 plenty of room for questions, about supervision, EMDR, couples work, or anything else you鈥檙e unsure about.
Just as importantly, we鈥檒l pay attention to how the space feels for you. Feeling comfortable, able to be open, and not judged really matters in supervision.
By the end of the session, we鈥檒l have a clearer sense of whether working together feels right. There鈥檚 no obligation to continue but if you decide to go ahead, we鈥檒l agree a way of working that suits you, including frequency and what you鈥檇 like to focus on.
