I currently offer online therapy sessions via Zoom — a secure, convenient, and confidential way to receive support from the comfort of your home.

My availability is fairly flexible. Most sessions are held on weekdays late afternoons, evenings, and Sundays.

To support consistent progress, I recommend scheduling sessions at a regular weekly time. We can discuss what works best for you during the free initial consultation.


About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Marcelle — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #129593) in California and a Registered Psychological Therapist with the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø.

I offer a holistic, trauma-informed, and body-oriented approach to therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, codependency, and emotional overwhelm. My work is grounded in the understanding that emotional struggles are not just held in the mind, but also in the body, relationship patterns, and nervous system.

In our work together, I create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences with honesty, compassion, and curiosity. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing attention to your emotional world, relational dynamics, family history, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I also integrate practical tools such as grounding practices, nervous system regulation, boundary work, and self-reflection to support meaningful change.

I work particularly well with adults who find themselves overgiving in relationships, struggling with self-trust, or repeating painful relational patterns. I also support American expats living in the UK and parts of Europe who may be navigating stress, loneliness, identity changes, and relationship strain while living abroad.

My aim is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection to your core self so that change feels deep, sustainable, and rooted in authenticity.

Practice description

I provide online therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, people-pleasing, and codependency. I also work with American expats living in the UK and parts of Europe who may be facing loneliness, adjustment stress, identity changes, and the emotional challenges that can come with living abroad.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. They may struggle with boundaries, low self-worth, overthinking, or repeated relationship patterns that leave them feeling stuck. Others are navigating major life changes, family stress, relational trauma, or the impact of long-standing emotional burdens.

My practice offers support for adults who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more grounded in their lives. Therapy can help you develop healthier boundaries, build emotional resilience, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.
