I currently have space
About me and my therapy practice
I offer a gentle, welcoming space where you can bring whatever you’re carrying and feel met with understanding rather than judgement. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of your inner world.
Together, we’ll explore the experiences, choices, and patterns that may be shaping your life especially the ones that leave you feeling stuck or alone with things. I work collaboratively and with care, helping you connect more deeply to yourself so that change can unfold in both body and mind.
My aim is to support you in finding new, kinder ways of relating to yourself and more grounded, authentic ways of relating to others.
I began my training in 2006 in the Person‑Centred approach to counselling, which formed the foundation of my therapeutic work. From there, I went on to complete further trainings in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, and later continued my development at the Minster Centre in London, studying Advanced Clinical Practice in Integrative Psychotherapy. This comprehensive training was rooted in attachment theory and contemporary relational psychoanalysis.
I also integrate additional modalities into my practice, including Attachment-Based ISTDP, body psychotherapy, movement work, breathwork, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. Together, we can gently explore what the body is holding, how you relate to your body, and how we can cultivate a deeper, more compassionate connection to yourself, both physically and emotionally.
Practice description
I believe each person carries a unique and unfolding story, shaped by your experiences, patterns, the ways you’ve learned to relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. We take time to wander through these different aspects, these parts of you, with curiosity and gentleness. Together, we can pause, notice, and reflect on what is happening inside, allowing space for questions, insights, and new understandings to emerge.
People find their way to therapy for many reasons, often at moments when life feels tender, confusing, or in transition. Therapy with me offers a space where a conversation can unfold naturally, allowing us to gently attend to the places where suffering shows up. As we work together, we’ll stay curious and present, noticing, feeling into, and observing not only the story you tell, but also how your body carries that story.
As a relational therapist, the connection we build is central to the work. Through our relationship, my hope is that you begin to see yourself from a different, freer, and more spacious perspective, one that feels fresher, kinder, and more aligned with who you are becoming.
