I offer online video calls and audio telephone sessions.
I currently have availability Monday to Thursday, ranging from early morning 7am through to 10pm in the evening.
Weekend sessions are available on request.
About me and my therapy practice
Life can be overwhelming. Sometimes it feels that no one could possibly understand how we are feeling and what we have been going through. I aim to build a trusting relationship where you feel able to bring the things that are important to you.
These may be present or past issues that are affecting you; the need to navigate a significant change or challenge; or a desire to open up new possibilities, or find new levels of wellbeing or fulfilment.
Each person is different, and I will be looking to help find ways of working together that are helpful and empowering for you. I believe that, somewhere within each of us, are the resources and wisdom we need to meet what life brings. Having a compassionate person alongside us can sometimes make a big difference to how fully we can access those parts of ourselves.
I will support you to explore the things that matter to you, and I may encourage you to give attention to what you feel as you do. I believe that can help you find greater stability, freedom, power and choice.
I am able to work with people with a very wide range of needs, but my areas of special interest include working with:
Supporting people to grow their self-connection, self-acceptance, self-trust, self-care, freedom, empowerment and authenticity.
Supporting people to liberate themselves from the stories they hold about life that no longer serve them.
Peoples’ relationship with the things they have associated with shame, and felt they needed to hide.
Peoples’ struggles with harder to accept feelings, including things like anger, fury, rage, resentment and disgust: Helping them get to know the needs behind their emotional responses, and find healthy ways to manage and express them.
Relationships of all kinds, including the conflicts and challenges that arise within them. (I offer this within one-to-one, rather than relationship counselling.)

My first session
I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation to explore how I could best support you and understand your needs. I acknowledge therapy is a very individual experience with the importance of having the right therapist to support you throughout your journey.
Following this, our session will be arranged for around 50 minutes, usually weekly or fortnightly.
