About me and my therapy practice
Many people come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, exhausted, or simply unsure why things feel so difficult. You may be struggling with relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, loss, life changes, or patterns that seem to repeat despite your best efforts to change them.
I offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind. My aim is to help you feel genuinely heard and understood, often for perhaps the first time in a long while.
As an experienced counsellor and registered member of the ÌÇÐĹÙÍø, I work with adults, young people and couples facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My approach is integrative, with a strong person-centred foundation. In practice, this means I tailor therapy to you as an individual rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
Together, we can explore not only what is happening in your life right now, but also the deeper patterns and experiences that may be influencing how you feel, think, and relate to others. I am particularly interested in understanding how past experiences can continue to affect us in the present, often outside of our awareness.
Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to. I believe that meaningful change happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create an environment where you feel safe enough to explore difficult feelings at your own pace.
Whether you are looking for support with a specific issue or wanting a deeper understanding of yourself, counselling can offer the opportunity to heal, grow, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, either in person or online. Sessions can be held face-to-face or online, and I work on Tuesday and Friday daytimes, and Monday and Wednesday evenings.

My first session
I offer either a free 15 minute initial phone call, or an initial session for half price.
Both of these options should give you the opportunity to discuss why you would like to come to therapy and decide whether I am the right fit for you.
