About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist offering a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is happening in your life.
I work with both individuals and couples, supporting people who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or looking to better understand themselves and their relationships. With couples, I provide a space to slow things down, improve communication, and explore patterns that may be creating distance or tension, helping you work towards greater understanding and connection.
I believe the relationship between therapist and client is central to meaningful change. I work collaboratively and thoughtfully, helping you explore how earlier experiences may shape the way you relate to yourself and others today, and how these patterns can be better understood and worked with.
My approach is psychodynamically informed and integrative, which means I tailor the work to you as an individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Together, we can create space to reflect, make sense of difficulties, and support change at a pace that feels manageable.

Practice description
I see clients online using Zoom at an agreed time each week and work either short-term or in an open-ended way.

Before we decide to work together, I offer a free 15 minute phone call where you can tell me a little bit about what you're looking for and I can explain how I work.
