Availability
I currently offer one-to-one online and telephone sessions from Tuesday through to Thursday during the daytime. Beginning September 2026, I will also be welcoming clients for face-to-face sessions in a purpose-built practice space, where a wider variety of appointment slots will become available.
Please feel free to reach out to arrange a complimentary initial telephone consultation. This brief conversation gives us the opportunity to discuss how therapy might support you and to address any questions you may have.
Session Length: 50 minutes
Fees: £70 per session
Frequency & Duration: I offer a flexible, client-led approach to scheduling. Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on what best aligns with your needs. Our work together can be short-term or long-term, tailored entirely to your personal goals and preferences. Many clients find it helpful to begin with more regular sessions and gradually space them out as therapy progresses.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative psychological therapist with 13 years of experience supporting individuals across diverse counselling and psychological services. I hold a first-class BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, with my academic research specialising in the dynamics of perfectionism.
My professional background includes extensive work in bereavement counselling with adults, as well as roles within acute inpatient settings for young people—including specialist eating disorder services and psychiatric intensive care. Additionally, I have spent time in the charity sector facilitating therapeutic groups, and for the past five years, I have supported a diverse client base within my private practice.
My practice is firmly trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally sensitive. I work relationally, prioritising the creation of a safe, collaborative environment that fosters deep connection, psychological growth, self-healing, and meaningful personal change. As an integrative therapist, I thoughtfully draw from different therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs and goals.
Practice description
My core training spans person-centered, Gestalt, psychodynamic, systemic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside third-wave approaches. Within my practice, I frequently incorporate:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Polyvagal and somatic practices
The Flash Technique (an advanced, low-distress evidence-based intervention designed to reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic or distressing memories)
I work with individuals entering therapy for a wide variety of reasons. Whether you wish to unpack and make sense of past or present experiences, find a dedicated space to process thoughts and feelings, acquire practical tools for wellbeing, navigate difficult life transitions, or implement meaningful lifestyle changes.
Areas of Clinical Focus
I have extensive experience working with broad and complex presenting difficulties, including:
Anxiety disorders (Health Anxiety, Panic, Social Anxiety, and Emetophobia/phobia of vomiting)
Depression, mood dysregulation, and emotional dysregulation
PTSD, Complex PTSD (CPTSD), and dissociation
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
The borderline process and addiction
Low self-esteem, stress, and burnout
Bereavement, loss, and attachment or relationship difficulties
My first session
Our initial session is an opportunity for us to get a sense of how we might work together and to build a foundational understanding of what has brought you to therapy. Together, we will explore your therapeutic goals, establishing a collaborative direction for our work that can naturally adapt and evolve as your journey progresses.
