About me and my therapy practice
I offer therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, loss and grief, health challenges, and feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. Whether you’re facing a significant life transition or ongoing emotional difficulties, my aim is to support you in moving from a place of struggle toward greater growth, acceptance, and self-understanding.
My approach combines compassionate exploration with practical support. Drawing on psychodynamic therapy, we gently explore the roots of your patterns with curiosity and without judgment. Alongside this, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop new ways of relating to these patterns—so you can move toward the life you want, even when things feel uncertain or challenging.
I will provide a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to build self-compassion, resilience, and a more meaningful way of living.
Practice description
IN-PERSON SESSIONS: take place in comfortable, private consulting rooms.
ONLINE SESSIONS: are also available for anyone who finds it difficult to make in-person sessions.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and straightforward as possible. I offer a free 20-minute phone call where you can share what you’re hoping to get from therapy and ask any questions you may have.
If we feel like a good fit, we’ll arrange an initial, in-depth consultation. This session gives us space to explore your goals and make sure I’m the right person to support you.
If we decide to continue working together, we’ll then schedule regular 50-minute weekly sessions.
