About me and my therapy practice
I am a ÌÇÐĹÙÍø and UKCP-registered psychotherapist offering face-to-face therapy in Ealing, west London, and also online therapy in the UK. I provide a calm, confidential space where you can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you and find a way forward.
Having someone professional alongside you can really help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control.
I offer a thoughtful, collaborative approach that’s shaped around you. Together, we can explore what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace, making sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I provide a steady, reflective space in which we can think carefully together, whether you’re facing a particular difficulty or wanting to understand yourself more deeply, supporting greater clarity and meaningful change.
I work with the connection between body, mind and our emotional life, recognising how these influence one another. I am also interested in how our past experiences, particularly in childhood, shape how we feel and relate in the present. I draw on Jungian ideas, paying attention to deeper patterns and the unconscious processes that can shape our lives.
I trained at the highly regarded Metanoia Institute in west London.
Practice description
I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone or online. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
If you decide to continue, we’ll arrange regular weekly sessions in Ealing or online.

My first session
The first session is 50 minutes long.
This is an opportunity to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
If we decide to go ahead, we would usually meet weekly for 50-minute sessions, either online or in person.
My usual fee is payable.
