About me and my therapy practice

Welcome to a space where you can slow down, breathe, and feel supported. Here, you are invited to show up exactly as you are, without pressure or expectation. This is a calm, supportive space for women who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, a place where you can feel heard, understood, and gently supported.

I offer relationship anxiety & social anxiety therapy for women aged 18 and over across the UK who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, worry, and emotional ups and downs in their relationships. I also support with relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, grief & loss. These difficulties can build over time and affect how you think, feel, and connect with others. Many women I work with feel unheard, unseen, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles that feel difficult to break.

As a therapist, my role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in understanding your thoughts, feelings, and the patterns that may be affecting your relationships and social experiences. Together, we may explore how past experiences influence the way you relate to yourself and others, while also focusing on practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally secure in the present. Therapy is a space where you can reflect, process, and move towards meaningful change at your own pace.
