About me and my therapy practice

I’m a qualified integrative counsellor offering a space where you can explore whatever is on your mind. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I aim to make the process as comfortable and collaborative as possible.

My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine curiosity about your unique experience. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and change, and my role is to support you in better understanding yourself, your relationships, and the challenges you may be facing.

How I Work

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to suit your individual needs. This may include person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural perspectives. Together, we can explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping you develop greater self-awareness and more helpful ways of coping.

I work at your pace and tailor sessions to what feels most important for you. Whether you are looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, we can discuss what works best.

I offer a warm, supportive environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. Our sessions are a space for you to be heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your concerns.


Practice description


I offer an initial conversation by phone, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and decide whether counselling feels right for you. This is a relaxed, no-pressure call where we can begin to explore what has brought you to seek support.

If you decide to move forward, our first session will focus on understanding what is currently happening for you and what you would like to gain from counselling. We will gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, as well as any challenges you may be facing.

Together, we will begin to identify your goals for therapy and what meaningful change might look like for you. This might include improving your emotional wellbeing, gaining clarity around a situation, developing healthier coping strategies, or enhancing your relationships.

Counselling provides a dedicated space for you to talk openly and be heard without judgment. Over time, we can work collaboratively to deepen your self-awareness, understand patterns in your life, and support you in making positive, lasting changes.

I work at your pace, ensuring that you feel safe, supported, and in control of the process throughout our work
