I provide appointments during the day and in the early evening between Monday and Thursday. In person face-to-face appointments are provided within a dedicated counselling room located at Exmouth Integrated Therapies, Exmouth.
About me and my therapy practice
I work with you towards your goals and offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and breath. Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more grounded, confident and able to navigate whatever life brings.
I will provide you with a space to talk about things that are bothering you and together we may also explore techniques and tools that can help too.
Single Session Therapy: If you feel you just want space to talk a single issue through, single session therapy may be appropriate. Contact me to find out if this is something you are interested in.
Walk and Talk Therapy: For some people, walking whist talking provides a different feeling and can be calming and there is less eye contact. I can offer this type of therapy if you live locally. Contact me to find out more if this is something you are interested in.
Practice description
I provide appointments face-to-face in person, online by video call or by telephone and last for 50 minutes.If you live locally, I offer Walk and Talk Therapy (this would be along the beach).
Single Session Therapy is for 2 hours.

My first session
I offer a free 20-minute call. During this time, you can share as much or as little as feels comfortable, and I’ll ask a few gentle questions to help me understand your needs and what you’re hoping for from therapy. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about how I work and to get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you. There’s no obligation to continue — simply a space to see if the support I offer feels helpful.
