About me and my therapy practice

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not quite yourself?

You might be managing on the outside, but inside feeling exhausted, uncertain, or disconnected. Sometimes things build up gradually, or something changes, and it鈥檚 hard to know what to do next.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and talk things through at your own pace, without pressure or judgment.

I work with people facing challenges like anxiety, burnout, and life changes. I also have a particular interest in supporting people with addiction and recovery, and men鈥檚 mental health, where opening up can feel especially difficult.

We鈥檒l work together to make sense of what鈥檚 going on for you and find ways forward that feel right. My approach is thoughtful, down-to-earth, and collaborative.

My own experience of burnout led me to therapy, which had a big impact on my life and is what brought me into this work. It helps me understand how hard it can be to reach out and begin.

Alongside my private practice, I facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity and work with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

I work in an integrative way, which means I adapt how I work depending on what you need.

My practice is based in a bright, welcoming space in Spitalfields (E1), close to Liverpool Street, Aldgate East, and Shoreditch High Street.

You don鈥檛 need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.

If this feels like it could help, you鈥檙e very welcome to get in touch for an initial chat.
