About me and my therapy practice
I’m a fully qualified counsellor, offering online therapy for adults (individual and relationship) in both English and Italian.
You might be seeking therapy due to an unexpected life event or challenges like relationship struggles, anxiety, stress, or burnout. Perhaps you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, find it hard to communicate your feelings, making decisions. These experiences can leave you feeling stuck or hopeless.
Whatever brings you here, I want you to know that alongside these struggles, therapy can offer us all an opportunity to make sense of our experiences and feel more hopeful; enabling you to build a stronger relationship with yourself and, in turn, with those around you.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic conditions, trauma, relationship challenges, fertility, goal setting, life transitions, and finding balance between work and personal life.
Practice description
Individual Therapy
I believe that within each of us lies great potential. By fostering self-recognition and self-awareness, we can uncover powerful tools for healing, understanding, and managing life’s challenges. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting. It takes courage to open up about your deepest feelings and concerns. That’s why I am committed to offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. Together, we’ll explore your needs, desires, and goals, empowering you to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater clarity and confidence.
As a humanistic integrative therapist, I draw from a range of approaches—including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Transactional Analysis (TA)—to tailor therapy to your unique situation.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also bring pain, conflict and uncertainty. Whether you're feeling disconnected, struggling with communication, rebuilding trust after a difficult experience, or navigating a significant life transition, couples therapy offers a supportive space to explore what is happening between you. My role is not to take sides but to help partners feel heard, understood and valued. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work towards healthier communication, deeper understanding and a stronger emotional connection. I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and safely. Relationship sessions are available as 60-minute (£90), 75-minutes (£110) or 90-minute extended sessions (£140), allowing us the flexibility to work at a pace that best suits your needs. Whether you are looking to strengthen your relationship or decide how to move forward, therapy can help you make thoughtful and informed choices together. Every relationship is unique, and I tailor our work to meet your individual needs as a relationship.
