About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with the impact of past experiences? You don’t have to face it alone.
I offer warm, compassionate online and telephone counselling for adults across the UK. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly, without fear of judgement, and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you, at your own pace.
As a qualified ÌÇÐĹÙÍø Integrative Counsellor, I tailor our work to your unique needs, helping you move towards the life you want with greater clarity and confidence.
I specialise in trauma and grief, including childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and narcissistic abuse. If you’ve been through something painful or confusing, I can support you in rebuilding your sense of self, restoring confidence, and finding a way forward that feels right for you.
I also offer EMDR therapy, a powerful approach that can help you process and reduce the impact of distressing memories. (You can find more details on my website.)
With personal experience of military life, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by serving personnel, veterans, and their families. I offer grounded, sensitive support tailored to those navigating military culture and its emotional impact.
My approach is integrative and person-centred, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic methods to support you as an individual. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, we can work together to help you understand yourself more deeply and create lasting, meaningful shifts.
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it can also be the beginning of something positive.
If you’d like to explore working together, feel free to get in touch to arrange an initial session or ask any questions. I’d be pleased to hear from you.

Online, face-to-face and telephone counselling.
Deciding to seek counselling can be a difficult decision and I understand this. I offer a free initial 15 minute appointment usually by phone or online to see if we both feel we can work together. To get the most from therapy it is important to feel comfortable and feel there is a connection between you and the therapist you choose. Having a chat before committing to a session is the best way to get a feel for this.
I am flexible in my counselling so do not insist on a set number of sessions. You choose the time and the pace, weekly or fortnightly its up to you.
For online sessions I use a platform called Doxy, you don't need to download anything just click on the link I provide at the agreed time. For face-to-face I operate from my conservatory at home, see my website or social media page for photographs of the room.
